Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and building the Apple community in Casper and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with Apple's brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, Marketing, and Product Management to create social media campaigns that support key product launches and brand initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Interact with the online Apple community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with external agencies and influencers as needed to amplify brand reach.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a reputable company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of storytelling.
- Experience in social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, and a passion for Apple products.
